Baby Viewing #4

The problem with having a husband and wife blogging is the fact that anything that happens you get from both. Fortunatly Dan just touched on it so I get to go into more detail. Yay.

Yesterday Dan and I went for ultrasound number four. It was done at Scarborough Grace Hospital instead of at the clinic like the others. Benifit of this; no waiting for an hour to get in, new tech who has no past record of the baby so got to measure and do everything again, I got a really nice lady instead of someone in a rush.

We got to see lots of grey and black blur again with the occasional hand or face shot. Ariana measured 7.5lbs roughly at 38wks 6days putting the estimated due date on Sept 16th. Although they won't officially change my due date this make me feel much better considering that's the exact day I'm predicting. Coincidence? Ya probably but let a tired prego dream.

The big head comment was funny and slightly frightening. The tech assured me that I would have no problems having a natural birth since I'm a "big girl" and the head should fit. Ya, try telling me that when she's two weeks overdue. Another cool thing about the tech was the fact that she made a point of telling us that she can't tell us anything but then at the end distinctly pointing out and strongly hinting to the fact that it was indeed a girl, but not telling us because she can't. Besides that everything is healty and normal, just waiting for our little girl to decide she's ready to meet everyone.
