Yup, the list is growing.
Well after four days of being television and internetless, we finally have them back. For the most part I must admit that I didn't really miss either one. Sat I spent all day packing, Sun was moving, Mon was the EX (story to follow) and Tues was running around trying to get paint colours, curtains, mops, brooms, cribs etc. Now it's Wed. and I have entertainment again. I've been spending all my time slowly unpacking and I must say considering I can't bend, lift, turn, or anything else, I feel that I have accomplished alot. Now we just need to paint and put up the bookshelves and hopefully my nesting syndrom will calm itself down.
The EX.
Yes we went. Yes it was kinda my idea. Yes I should not listen to my own ideas anymore.
Originally it was supposed to be Dan and I meeting my parents there. Then we called up Dave and he said he'd come. Then Dave invited the Sayners and they decided to come. Also Dan's friend decided to come as well. Yay big group to hang out with. So I thought. We parked on Princes' Rd where I thought we were meeting Dave and the Sayners. Turns out that they were going to Princes Gate. Dave had pre-paid tickets which ment we had to find them in order to get in. I was unlucky enough to have someone offer me a free pass so being the ever eager girl I am,. I offered to meet up with Dave and them at the gate and bring back the tickets for Dan and Jake. This was before I realized that our gate and Princes' gate were twenty minute walk away from eachother. To make a very long story short, Dan and Jake waited an hour to get inside, took another hour to find parents, by which we all decided forget it and just went home.
Needless to say I'm done with the EX or any crowded. hot, large parks where I have to find ppl.

Maybe next year will be better at the EX. You need to get there before 11:00am to get a good parking spot. Then you need a chair, binoculars, and a cooler of cold drinks, settle back and enjoy the air show. Don't go looking for people, let them come and find you, and if they don't who cares. After the air show go to the food building and eat as much ice cream as you can afford. That will make you feel either really good or really sick depending on your budget. Next year the buggy can carry the baby, you won't have to. I saw a grampa pushing his little grandchild in a buggy and I said to Gary: " hey Gary, next year that will be you and me!"
Let's go to the EX!
You can go on the rides and I'll baby sit. How's that sound?
Indeed you have done a great job Hun. I'm so lucky to have a hard working awesome lady like you!
But how about taking it easy until that baby comes around?
Dad, sounds like a plan. I think with the move and all it was alot of built up stress. Oh well. On a brighter note, the apartment is clean!
