That's right, after months and months I've finally join the blogging world. I figure I will have a few more hours (sporatically) on my hands in a week so why not be social. So let's see...what's new. Since this is my first post, everything. I think I'll just give a quick summary.
Pregnancy:
Baby girl is doing good...and letting me know it as often as she can, my poor ribs. She is six something lbs. and growing fast. I have four more weeks till my due date however everyone, myself included are convince she's comming early. So far the poll puts me anywhere from today to the 16th. Any guesses?
Home:
We're moving in four days. Ahhhh so fast. Everything is packed. Ok so not really but in my dreams it is. Fri the new apt will get some paint finally then sat it's packing and sun is the big day. Thanks ahead for everyone who is helping. For details on the new place see Dan's Blog.
Work:
One and a half weeks, eight more shifts, sixty-four more hours. Nope, not looking forward to vacation time. I've been officially told my the doc to take it easy so it's more sitting and less running around like crazy trying to help everyone for me. Sigh, this is going to be hard. My boss has been insisting on having a baby shower for me at work even though she's going on vacation next week...not sure how that's going to work out.
Social:
Well nothing to much. I went over to the Williams on saturday for a classic random pool and chinese food party. (Food came after). It was a nice surprise and treat to be social and swim in freezing, but refreashing, cold water for three hours. This Saturday a bunch of us are going on a Toronto harbour boat cruise. So looking forward to that. It'll be a nice calm before the storm (moving) on Sunday.
Well that about sum's up me for now. Lots more to come.
Ciao

Just think by this time next week we'll be moved in to our new apartment and you'll be all finished work!
Love you!
Welcome to the blogosphere!
You know, you can put a poll up if you go into your "layout" options....we can all vote for the date we think the baby will be born.
:)
Well, you know what date I'm voting for---the 24th----I think it would be real neat to be able to tell everybody that I have a great-granddaughter exactly 85 years younger than me.
Welcome fellow blogger! Just think, a year from now you'll look back wondering how you got through all of this, knowing that you did. If that makes any sense. See you on Sunday.
