Dan and I had the best night ever with Ariana last night.
He came home around 4:30 last night and started making dinner. I had been with a very grumpy girl all day which was not made easier with me being sick. By the time Dan got home I was exhausted and sore and all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and sleep.
We ate dinner and Ariana still had an hour before bed time. I put her on my lap facing me and she started cooing and smiling. I was pulling her towards me a kissing her then lying her back again. She seemed to love this game. I treated her coos to kisses which made her smile and coo all that more. Dan joined in and we played for about half an hour till she got tired and bored.
That made my day worth it.
Thank you Lord for my daughter. I was so happy to see her happy.
